RETURN / REFUND POLICY
You should carefully read the following terms and conditions. Your purchase or use of our product(s) implies that you have read and accepted these terms and conditions.
Non-Tangible Product(s)
A full refund on non-tangible product(s), including template files, will be issued if the product(s) was paid for in full but was not downloaded. Understanding any non-tangible product prior to purchasing and downloading the product is the purchasers responsibility. Please make sure the complete product description has been reviewed and understood before purchasing and downloading any item. We only make exceptions with this rule when the product appears to be not-as-described on a case by case basis in agreement of the parties concerned. The deadline for any refund claim is one week after the purchase date.
Subscription Services
A full refund on subscription services, including RefreshPM™ Software Tutorials, will be issued if requested within 7 days of the original purchase date. If a term of 6-months or more was originally purchased and a refund request is submitted, the refund provided will be prorated based on time remaining within the subscription term. Understanding any subscription services prior to purchasing the service is the purchasers responsibility. Please make sure the complete service description has been reviewed and understood before purchasing any service.
